BOOK BOX SUBMISSIONS
While we do accept submissions from both traditionally and independently published authors, books published through our press are automatically approved for our popular book box service Dark Romance Crates, disseminating books into households and independent brick-and-mortar retailers throughout the U.S. and abroad.
BOOK BOX GUIDELINES
We're seeking a variety of full-length (min. 60k words) cutting edge dark & spicy romance, dark fantasy, and horror romance books with great covers and reviews. Please apply below. For novellas and short stories, please see Magazine Submissions below.
PRINTING PRESS SUBMISSIONS
We are currently accepting both agented and un-agented full-length novel submissions (min. 60k words - for shorter works, see below) in adult dark romance, dark fantasy, dark academia, grimdark and erotic horror. For submissions in mainstream contemporary romance, please see our parent company Red Flame Press.
PRESS GUIDELINES
Please apply below along with sending your book file or sample three chapters (including spice scene) and synopsis. We typically respond in four to six weeks upon review.
MAGAZINE SUBMISSIONS
We pay cash for first rights digital publishing. We are currently accepting short stories, novellas, poetry and artwork in dark romance, dark fantasy, dark verse, grimdark and erotic horror for our digital magazines. Please apply below for more information, or you may enter our writing contest:
